The student Lighthouse Team is the executive part of our Leader In Me program. These students are chosen because they have exceptional leadership skills and are committed to serve the school. Throughout the year they work on school improvement projects, community service projects, and plan our leadership day with the help of the Lighthouse Team staff. They employ their collaborative skills to cultivate the leadership spirit in other students and to develop a new mind set by sharing best practices with other students.
